Welcome to My New Website!
Hello and welcome to my new website! Over the past several years my art has changed and moved in several directions. I wanted to give you an update on what I have been exploring as well as an opportunity to find out about future events, new work, and new workshops. I still love creating Digital work and you will find my favorites on the Digital Art tab. "I Am Here" graces my home page and has been very popular. She was created using one of my hand drawings and several iphone apps as well as photoshop. She reminds me of how important it is for all of us to hold strong to our convictions, be the best that we can be, and bravely walk forward into the world. Hold your head high and be proud of the person you are!
I use Fine Art America to deliver my digital work and you can find all sorts of items to order! From canvases and paper prints to mugs and tote bags, order your favorite piece, delivered directly to your home. I really like this mug that I purchased from them.
Another favorite digital piece is Moon Flight. Sort of a throwback to my Barn Series from years ago. I love old buildings in the landscape. We live on the eastern shore of Delaware and see many beautiful fields, barns, and flocks of birds every time we take a drive! This one reminds me of our local countryside.
I have also taken a giant leap back into mixed media! Check out my Original Art store on the website. Acrylic, collage, ink and pastels on paper, wood boards and canvas have become my new friends and I love using them in fresh, abstract ways. Quirky and fun, these pieces reflect my search for the unusual, the mysterious, the feeling of being in another world...another time...another place.
I also have a new mixed media series in the works and will be posting my progress on Instagram and Facebook. I am not exactly sure where this one will go, so stay tuned!

If you live near the southern Delaware area, please consider signing up for one of my in person Workshops. I collaborate with Raye of Light Studios to offer classes on creating collage materials with a Gelli plate as well as starting out with Art Journaling. We will be hosting weekly Open Studio Art Journaling sessions with supplies and ideas provided. No need to purchase expensive stencils or mess up your dining room table. Just bring your journal and create!
